Policies
Everything worth knowing before you order — no hidden clauses and no complicated wording.
No refunds
Every product I supply is a sterile, sealed research product. Once a vial has left me, I have no way of knowing how it has been handled or stored, and I can’t guarantee its sterility a second time.
For that reason I’m unable to accept returns or offer refunds. A vial that has come back to me could never be made safe to send to the next customer, so it would have to be thrown away.
It’s a firm rule, but it’s there to protect you: it means the product you receive has only ever been handled by me, straight from the lab.
If something isn’t right
If your order arrives damaged, or the wrong item has been sent to you, message me on WhatsApp with a photo and I’ll make it right. You should never be left paying for something that wasn’t delivered properly.
Pre-orders & waiting on stock
Some products are made to order or run as pre-orders. When that’s the case, stock can take around 3 to 4 weeks to come through.
The good news: the moment your order arrives with me, it’s sent out the same day. I don’t sit on dispatched orders — as soon as it’s in my hands, it’s on its way to you.
If something is sold out or on pre-order, the product page will say so before you add it to your cart, and I’ll always confirm your stock in your WhatsApp message.
Postage
Postage is a flat £6.00 per order, whatever you’re ordering and however many items you add.
It’s shown as its own line in your order summary and in the WhatsApp message you send me, so you always know the full total before payment.
